He is survived by: his wife Sandra Motes Purvis; his children, Lane Purvis (Lena), Cortney Riddle, Kelly Pike (Ron) and Alan Wilson; and his grandchildren, Laiken Marie Purvis, Logan Mathew Purvis, Jackson Thomas Gaines, Ross Pike, Charly Pike, Shelby Wilson and AnnaLee Wilson (Sissy).
