He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson S. Norrell, Sr. and Mary Louise Taylor Norrell; and his brothers, Donald Albert Norrell and Rodney Taylor Norrell. He is survived by: his friend Mack Terrell; and his siblings, Anita Louise Norrell Gabbard of Columbia, SC, Jud Norrell, Jr. of Santa Barbara, CA and Marsha Kay Norrell Parrish of Prattville, AL. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins.
