He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dwayne, Melba Herbert, J. W. and Deanne Gainey. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy James and Deborah Ann Herbert; his uncles, Leland Dwayne Herbert (Sharon), John Gainey, Jr. (Loretta) and Todd Gainey; his aunt Kim Norland; and also Brenton Jacob Herbert.
