She is survived by: her husband Julius "Shine" Popwell of Thorsby; her children, Dwayne Popwell (Carolyn) of Thorsby and Teresa Varden of Clanton; her grandchildren, Valarie Varden of Clanton, Justen Popwell of Thorsby and Bridget Popwell of Thorsby; and her siblings, Patricia Ann Wilson of Clanton and Obie Moates, III of Clanton.
