We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2024, at the age of 86, Ruben Alvin Hayes of Thorsby, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vastine Alvin Hayes and Ada Pauline Hayes; his brother Aubrey Lee Hayes; and his great grandchild Gavin Beam. He is survived by: his wife Barbara P. Hayes; his children, Ricky A. Hayes (Ann) and Tina H. Guy (Steve); his sister Lyndel Ellison; his grandchildren, Rachel Beam (Cameron), Meagen Moore (Zach) and Nelson Guy (Kristen); and his great grandchildren, Ada Lee Beam, Grayson Beam, Logan Grier, Leighton Moore, Emery Guy, Ensley Guy, Brynle Beam and Ella Beam.
Family has requested no flowers, please make donations to Victory Baptist Church in memory of Mr. Ruben Hayes.
