He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Peters and Marjorie Clark Peters; and his son Robert Brant Peters. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Peters of Thorsby; his daughter Dawn Dodson (Kent) of Clanton; his grandchildren, Dallas Dodson (Hannah) of Jemison and Keeley Dodson of Clanton; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Jayden of Jemison; his sisters, Barbara Tarrant of Birmingham and Charlotte Woodruff of Tampa, FL; his sister-in-law Jennifer McDonald of Kimberly; and his nephew Michael McDonald of Kimberly.
