He is survived by: his parents, Harold Smith and Patricia Smith; his siblings, Skip Smith (Montevallo), Julie (Reggie), Gabriel (Memphis), Karen (Dean) and Mayhew (Montevallo); and his pet Birdie. He is also survived by 4 Nephews, 2 Great Nieces, 3 Great Nephews.
