He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morris Austin Pledger and Betty Ruth Oaks Pledger; his brothers, Phillip Pledger (Benita) of Thorsby, AL and Jerry Pledger (Sharon) of Clanton, AL; his nephew Austin Pledger of Marcus Pledger; and his niece Mystie Posey (Lane). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
