He was predeceased by : his brother Walter Robert "Rob" Higgins, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Julie Higgins; his wife Christy Higgins; his father Walter Robert "Bob" Higgins, Sr.; his sons, Dylan Higgins (Summer), Israel Higgins and Brock Higgins (Hannah); his grandson Dax Higgins; his nephews, Trent Ray (Hannah) and Grayson Ray; his great-niece Marlee Ray; and his parents-in-law, Elton and Faye Horton.
