With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Lee Roper of Thorsby, Alabama, who passed away on July 5, 2022 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Earl Roper and Patricia Lois Haygood Roper; and his brothers, Richard Calvin Roper and Danny Wayne Roper. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Roper of Clanton; his daughters, Brittany Lynn Roper of Birmingham, Patricia Lois Johnson of Thorsby and Jessica Marie Myers of Thorsby; and his siblings, JoAnn Mims of Clanton, Thomas Earl Roper of Defuniak Springs, Cecil David Roper of Jemison, Katherine Elizabeth Shaw of Clanton, Susan Renae Driver of Jemison, Lisa G. Rasberry of Maplesville and Patricia Lynn Payton of Jemison. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, and extended family.
