He is survived by: his wife Sandy Collins of Thorsby, AL; his daughter Jennifer Henry of Thorsby, AL; his granddaughters, Haylee Henry of Thorsby, AL and Hannah Henry of Thorsby, AL; and his sisters, Mary Miller of Thorsby, AL, Joann Price of Thorsby, AL and Numerous.
