He is survived by: his wife Mary Dean Cleckler Higgins; his children, Jeffery Glenn Higgins (Lisa Clackley), Sheila Lynn Robinson (Gregory), Stanley Mark Higgins and Jennifer Ann Watley (Wade); his grandchildren, Bryant Justin Robinson, Alissa Glennielle Rich, Austin Bailey Robinson, Timothy Cole Watley, Savannah Hope Smith, James Turner Watley, Courtney Danielle Carter, Samuel Carson Watley, Alexis Maelee Higgins and Sidney Riley Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Alexander Rich, Everleigh Annalise Smith and Bodhi James Robinson.
