He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O'Neal Blackmon and Mary Magdalene Warren Blackmon; his brother Alton O'Neal Blackmon; and his great-niece Riley Blackmon. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Blackmon of Thorsby; his son Brandon Blackmon (Brittany) of Jemison; his granddaughter Emery Blackmon of Jemison; his brother James Randall Blackmon (JoEllen) of Montevallo; and his sister-in-law Patsy Robinson of Thorsby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
