He is survived by: his mother Teresa Jean Holt Horner (Steven) of Clanton; his children, Kylen Smitherman of Haleyville and Revilynn Carr of Clanton; his father Tim Carr of Jemison; his siblings, A. J. Carr (Eileen) of Millbrook, Shane Carr (Taylor) of Clanton, Jacob Hamilton (Jessica) of Foley, Blake Carr (Laurin) of Clanton, Devin Horner (Marissa) of Clanton, Makayla Horner of Clanton and Alexis Carr of Jemison; and his grandmothers, Jeanette Marcus of Clanton, Geneva Smith of Scott, GA and Janice Cleckler of Clanton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital of Alabama in Christopher's memory.
