He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leon Cobb and Charlotte Delois Cobb; and his sisters, Sherry Lynn Cobb, Diane Latham and Debria Murphy.

He is survived by: his wife Robyn Avery Cobb; his children, Charles Jeffery Cobb, Jr. (Cindy), Brittiney Cobb, Jonathan Avery Langley (Lauren) and Benjamin Cole Langley (Shawna); and his sisters, Janet Leverette and Dana McDaniel (Patrick). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Butterfly Bridge.
