He is survived by: his children, Debbie Harper (John), Brenda Patterson, Linda Hull (James), Jimmy Cummings (Judy), Darryl Cummings (Karen) and Steve Cummings (Sherry); his grandchildren, Jarrod Harper (Angie), Anthony Smitherman (Wendy), Jay Smitherman (Diedra), Derrek Smitherman (Kristi), Landon Cummings, Tyler Morgan, Cody Cummings (Whitley), Cameron Cummings, Carson Cummings, Jody Harper Varden and Julie Harper Martin (Joe); his sister Myra Moore (Henry); and his caregivers, Ramonda Sitz and Patricia Crosswy. He is also survived by Numerous Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great- Great-Grandchildren.
