She is survived by: her children, Tracey Smitherman, Misty Smitherman (Jamie) and CJ Smitherman; her grandchildren, Kristen Abrams (Russ), Courtney Robinson, Katlyn Childress, AJ Smitherman and Ali Kayte Smitherman; her great grandchildren, Makenly Childress, Paizley Green and Hadley Green; and her siblings, Faye Edwards (Bill), Betty Sue Simmons (Fred), John Wayne Cleckler (Linda), Doug Cleckler (Deborah), Ralph Edwards and Robert Johnson (Tiny).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel (1300 4th Ave N, Clanton, AL 35045). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at the New Cedron Baptist Cemetery (14581 Co Rd 37, Billingsley, AL 36006).
