He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Barnett Headley and Hoyt G. Headley. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Headley; his children, Keith Headley (Carla Robinson) and Kim Ryland (Evin); his grandchildren, Dylan Pairrett (Jessica), Nick Gish (Amy), Ryan Headley, Kristen Headley, Carley Bates, Amber Bowman (Matthew) and Alex Robinson; his great grandchildren, Addison Pairrett, Carter Bowman, Caysen Bowman and Camden Robinson; and his siblings, Nicky Headley (Kathy), Marty Headley (Donna), Dwane Headley, Sherri Wingard (Barry) and Gary Lynn Headley. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Aunts.
