She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Sorrell and Irene Mims Sorrell; her husband Arthur "Mac" Parrish; her son David Parrish; and her sister Faye Smith.

She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Bishop (Tommy) of Thorsby; her grandchildren, Adam Bishop (Angela) of Hamilton, Lindsey Bishop of Thorsby and Payton Parrish of Clanton; and her great grandchild Brantley Bishop of Hamilton.

The family request no flowers, but encourage a memorial contribution in Ann's memory to the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Jemison, AL.
