He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Alden and Sarah Jane Springfield. He is survived by: his wife Frances Maedelle Springfield; his children, Alden Lewis Springfield (Pat) and Linda Springfield Vick (Randy); his grandchildren, Amy Vick Cates, Joshua Vick, Ryan Springfield and Holley Springfield; and his great grandchildren, Avery Vick, Eva Springfield, Easton Springfield, Anna Leigh Vick and Davis Vick.
