He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Reed Hill, Sr. and Katie Jones Hill. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn B. Hill; and his children, Richard G. Hill (Lisa), James Edward Hill (Debbie), Roy Wayne Hill, Daniel W. Hill and Judy H. Harwell (Dave). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and seven step grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southern Care Hospice.
