Marvin Walker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Walker of Thomasville, Alabama, who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Simon Walker and Alma Rhoda Walker; and his siblings, Farris Walker, Virginia Williams, Lura Pearson, Rosanell Williamson, Mary Alice Morris, Roberteen Hawk and Myra Jean Hare.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Phillips Walker; his children, Mike Walker (Beverly), Vicki Birdsong (Bubber), Lisa Tucker (Shannon) and Mark Walker (Dana); his grandchildren, Brandy Gatlin, Jenny Breazeale, Jessica, Brett, Bayley Birdsong, Matt, Tanner Tucker and Lydia Walker; his great grandchildren, Emma, Addison and Molly Breazeale; his grandchildren, Kennedy Claire and Brooks Birdsong; and his siblings, Dorothy Davis, Benny Frank Walker, Johnny Charles Walker and Jackie Harrell Walker.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Springfield Methodist Protestant Church.
