He is survived by: his children, Joan Utsey (Doyle) and John Douglas Singleton (Julia); his sisters, Margaret Singleton Vick and Daisy Singleton Fernandez; his grandchildren, Sloan Hamil (Weston), Fallon Usselman (Kevin), Anna Margaret Singleton and John Ellis Singleton; and his great grandchildren, Avery Kate Usselman and Blakely Ann Hamil.
