He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Earl Agee and Gladys E. Roberts Agee; his brothers, Louie Dover Toland, Donald Bruce Toland and Ralph Agee; and his son-in-law William Russell Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Nelwyn Doris Frankum Agee; his daughters, Lynette A. Clark (Kevin), Raycelia A. McIntyre (Timmy) and Angelique A. Kane (Chuck); and his siblings, Lee Eldred Agee (Sarah), H. Trenton Agee (Ann) and Carolyn A. Slayton. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
