She is survived by: her husband Leonard Spencer Smith, Sr.; her son Charles E. Smith (Polly); her grandchildren, Charles E. "Chuck" Smith, Jr. (Rhonda), William Bradley Smith (Leanne), Leonard Spencer Smith, III (Priscilla) and Kathryn Elizabeth Rivers; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Anna, Allen, Atia, Juliea, Vivian, Solomon "Sol" and Lincoln; and her daughter-in-law Renee McCaa Smith.
