He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Juliana Rose Renee Kenyon. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Harvell and Crystal S. March (Jeffrey E. March) of Vernon Center, NY; his siblings, Tony Harvell (Connie Harvell), Judy Downey (Scotty Downey), Karen Smith and Debra Tomasich (Tony Tomasich); and his grandchildren, Jacqueline R. Kenyon (Cody R. Kenyon) and Christopher M. March (Rebecca L. March). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
