She was predeceased by: her significant other Aubrey Etheredge (Peter) of Thomaston; her parents, John Lee McKinney and Vera McKinney (Sheffield) of Thomaston Al; and her siblings, Archie McKinney of Hueytown Al, Elizabeth McKinney Brown of Ariton Al, Robert "Bob" McKinney of Haleyville Al, Lodrich "Tommy" McKinney of Livingston Al, Pauline McKinney Griffith of Thomaston Al and Henry McKinney (Hank) of Huntsville.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Mendenhall (Reede) of Mobile, Jerry Etheredge (Tay) of Selma and Guinn Etheredge (Dot) of Demopolis; and her great great grandchildren, Madalyn Moore, Adyson Moore and Ella Tew of Mobile. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
