She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie P Jenkins, Sr. and June Jenkins; and her son Shawn Chapman. She is survived by: her daughter Kayley Dartez; her grandchildren, Isabella, Annabelle, Zion and Isla'mae Dartez; her brothers, Leslie Jenkins, Jr. (Virginia Fenton) and Kenneth Jenkins (Vicki); and her friend Katherine Collier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
