He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Waggoner; and his brother Hiram Henley Waggoner. He is survived by: his mother Haley Wofford; his brothers, Everett Wofford and Holden Waggoner; his grandparents, Stan, Pattie Thomas, Kenny and Jenny Cheatham; his great-grandparent Peggy New; and his uncles, Luke Thomas, Brian Oden and Paul Waggoner.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home (322 US-31, Athens, AL 35611). A graveside service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 2:15 PM at the Thatch-Mann Cemetery (1803 W Hobbs St, Athens, AL 35611).
