He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McNeely and Chessie McNeely. He is survived by: his wife Becky McNeely of Theodore, AL.; his children, Bob McNeely of Colorado Springs, CO., Wendy Poston of Colorado Springs, CO. and Kim Ruland of St. Martin, MS.; and his brother William McNeely. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
