He is survived by: his wife Margaret Rowland Howze; his children, Pam Howze Smith (Pastor Joey) and Patrick Henry Howze, III (Kristi Crenshaw); his grandchildren, Taylor Smith (Meleah), Benjamin Smith (Chelsea), Zachary Smith, Patrick Henry Howze, IV and Mary Elizabeth Howze; his great grandchild Apollo Patrick Smith; and his brother Ernest Howze.
