She was predeceased by: her husband Tolbie Sterling Woods, Jr.; her daughter Veronica Ann Woods Hatcher; and her parents, Roy Rogers Eubanks and Lucille Juanita Kountz Eubanks. She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Woods George (Philip Michael); her grandchildren, Wesley G. Hatcher, Jr. (Elana), Kristi N. Hatcher, Tracie M. George and Kirsten M. George; her great grandchildren, Ella, Tripp, John and Julia Marie Hatcher; and her siblings, Joe Eubanks (Mary), Roy Eubanks, Ronnie Eubanks (Brenda), Tony Eubanks (Tammy), Dennis Eubanks (Shelia), Mary Eubanks Fesler and Debbie Eubanks Avaritt (Pete). She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
