Tolbert (Mary) and Elizabeth Sweeney (Steve); his children, Teri Anne Tolbert and Byron Tolbert; his granddaughter Zoey Quesenberry; his father-in-law Carlos Santos; his siblings-in-law, Bong Santos, Lynne Santos, Joy Santos and Meriam Santos; his nieces and nephews, Patrick Santos, Mitchell Santos, Pamela Santos, Jasmine Santos and Marrise Santos; and his pets, Princess, Queen, Mickey, Jack, Aussie and Tango.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #250 or the ASPCA.
