She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasqua "Esther" Stabile and Carmine B. Costantini; and her siblings, Vincent B. Costantini, Sarah L. DeLeon and Lucy J. Costantini.

She is survived by: her children, Mary C. Farmer, Wiley "Joey" Cardwell (Gina), Cheryl A. Zeringue and Pamela J. Costantini; and her sibling Fedele B. Costantini (Valerie). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
