He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Hawkins; his daughter Vicki Burke (John) of Panama City, FL; his grandchildren, Allie Kent, Alysse Burke, Ava Burke and Tripp Burke; his stepchildren, Jason Harrison (Paige), Robbie Harrison (Nicole) and Tiffani Sage (Ryan); his stepgrandchildren, Hunter Rockhold, Emily Rockhold, Tyler Harrison, Brennon Harrison, Emerson Harrison, Ryan Sage Jr., Alyssa Sage and Mylee Sage; and his siblings, James T. Hawkins, John David Hawkins of Greenville, AL and Patricia Woodham (Randall) of Gulf Shores, AL. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
