It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katheryn Eugene Emmons of Theodore, Alabama, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hilbert Gene Emmons; her grandchildren, Richard Emmons and Teri Emmons; and her parents, Tommy Easterling and Nellie Easterling.

She is survived by: her children, Rickey Emmons (Helen), Roger Emmons (Sandy), Randy Emmons (Kathy) and Renee Emmons; her grandchildren, Kimberly Emmons, Angie Lynn, Tommy Emmons, Brandon Phillips, Andrew Pryor, Brian Pitts, Kellie Kiewsida, Eric Kiewsida and Brent Kiewsida; and her sisters, Brenda Hicks and Sue Davenport. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.
