He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman McIntosh and Mary McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue McIntosh; and his children, Julius McIntosh (Heidi), Eugene McIntosh (Vanessa), Kimalynn Gillis (Kevin), Krystal McIntosh, Shane McIntosh (Stephanie), Jim Mitchell, Shaun Mitchell (Jennifer), Jacob Mitchell and Brandi McIntosh. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends.
