It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Smith of Theodore, Alabama, who passed away on June 11, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Earline Brigman Smith; his parents, Otha Smith and Martha Smith; and his brother Bobby Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Gina M. Cardwell (Joey) of Theodore, AL, Miechelle Massey (Darrell) of Florence, MS, Lisa K. Pittman (Tim) of Columbia, MS and Lynn Jenkins (David) of Bay St; his grandchildren, Rachel Gonzalez (Steve), Renee Pruitt (Kevin), Javid Jenkins (Anna), Allen Pittman (Olivia) and Austin Pittman; his great grandchildren, Cameron Gonzalez and Reese Pruitt; and his sisters, Estelle Beavers and Ida Belle Loveless. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
