He is survived by: his significant other Mary Rhodes; his children, Jared Rhodes, Brian Rhodes, James A. Simmons, Terri Rhodes, Marilyn A. Posey (Clarke) and Sherry Dorinda Crosby; his siblings, Paul Alton Rhodes and Teresa Washburn (Jerry); and his close friends, Terry Faulkner, Charlie Lyles and Clyde Garrett. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; nieces; nephews; other relatives.
