He is survived by: his wife Vickie Collier; his daughters, Kara Gaddis (Gunnar) and Jennifer Trentham (BJ); his grandchildren, Madilynn, Gunnar, Rowan, Avalynn and William; and his siblings, Raymond Collier (Michelle) and Angela Collier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
