He was predeceased by: his father Newman Randolph. He is survived by: his mother Ovelle Bradberry Rasco (Lynell); his wife Hazel Lynell King; his children, Russell (Paula) and Rhonda Tucker (Bryan); and his sisters, Theresa Dobbins (Rodney) and Stephany Nix (David). He is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
