She was predeceased by: her husband Frank David Johnson; her parents, Banks Farris and Ethel Farris; and her sisters, Stephanie Little and Betty Gilmer.

She is survived by: her son David Martin Johnson (Janice O. Johnson); and her siblings, Banks H. Farris and Leara Miles.

In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
