She is survived by: her children, Susan Collins Fiancé (Mike Maddox) of Cullman and Jeff Collins (Christi) of Springville; her grandchildren, Andrew, Sophia, Cooper and Cason; and her caregivers, Latonia Fluker, Christy Stinson, Jaylah McCadory and Yvonne Hardy. She is also survived by her 3 boys and 1 daughter.
