He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Birdyshaw. He is survived by: his sons, Hunter Birdyshaw (Brittany), Hesston Birdyshaw (Kelsey) and Kristopher Birdyshaw (Haley); his sisters, Tammy Grayson, Bambi Jemison, Tiffany Teasley and Brandi Hubbard; his father Franklin Birdyshaw Sr.; and his grandchildren, Easton, Tatum, Maren, Laney, Avy, Gibbs and Olivia Birdyshaw.
