It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Mae Townes of Tarrant, Alabama, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Vitus and Daisy Bugg Townes; and her siblings, Leo Townes, Robert Townes, Edward Townes, Louise Starr, Joanna Townes and Clara Townes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Charities.
