He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Grace Shirley Graham, John H. and Alma Leatherwood; and his uncle Robert Lee Graham.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Leatherwood and Paula Leatherwood; his children, Marleigh and Mason Leatherwood; his brother John Leatherwood (Lacey); and his nephew J. B. Leatherwood. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
