We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2020, at the age of 67, Vicki Lynn Adams (Tanner, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ronald Cortez Chittam and Eliza Cathrion King; her husband Jerry W. Adams; her siblings, Tony Chittam, Sandra Looney (Jim) and Wanda Johnson (Jim Paul); her sister-in-law Betty Smith (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Greg Looney (Lisa), Chris Looney (Amy), Mike Smith (Amy), Sam Smith (Nickie), Brock Chittam (Molly), Micki McPherson (David), Jolie Separk (Greg) and Brooke Chittam Scott (Justin); her close friends, Patti Sandlin and Freida Pressnell; and her father-in-law Grady.
The family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers, people donate to Duke Cancer Institute.
