She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Swinea and Christine Smith Swinea; her husband Julian Weathers; her son Joseph Weathers; and her brother Robert Franklin Swinea.
She is survived by: her son Jonathan Weathers (Michelle) of Athens; her sister Lois Malone (Jimmy) of Tanner, AL; and her grandchildren, Matthew Compton and Tristen Weathers.
