He is survived by: his parents, Tanner Burns and Lyndsay Burns; his brother Kash Wade Burns; his grandparents, Brad, Wendy Burns, Heather Gilbert and Lynn Jackson; his great-grandparents, Rose Barkley, Bill Gililland (Nancy), Harold Jackson (Charlynn) and Richard Burns (Marsha); his aunt Taylor Grace Burns; and his uncles, Tucker Burns, Trent Gilbert, Lynn Jackson and Luke Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, family asks donations be made to the Wells Clayton Whitworth Memorial Foundation.
