He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Breeding and Martha Brannon Breeding; and his wife Mildred Breeding. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Harrison (Johnny), Troy Breeding (Debbie) and Cathy Oakley (Mike). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
